Terms and Conditions:

  1. Deposit:
  • A non-refundable deposit of £_ is required to secure the booking. This deposit is payable upon signing this Agreement.
  • The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the services provided.
  1. Payment Terms:
  • The remaining balance of £_ is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
  • Payment methods accepted: [Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, etc.]
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • If the Client cancels the event 30 days or more prior to the event date, the deposit will be retained, but no further payment will be required.
  • If the Client cancels the event less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the event date, 50% of the total fee will be retained.
  • If the Client cancels the event less than 14 days prior to the event date, 100% of the total fee will be retained.
  1. Menu Changes:
  • Any changes to the menu must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event. Changes made less than 14 days before the event may incur additional charges.
  1. Guest Count:
  • Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event. Any increase in the number of guests after this date may be subject to additional charges.
  1. Chef’s Responsibilities:
  • The Chef agrees to provide the agreed-upon menu and services as outlined above.
  • The Chef will arrive at the event location no later than [X] hours before the start time to prepare.
  • The Chef will ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.
  1. Client’s Responsibilities:
  • The Client will provide access to a fully functional kitchen and necessary equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • The Client will ensure that the event location is clean and ready for food preparation.
  • The Client will provide any necessary permits or permissions required for the event.
  1. Liability:
  • The Chef will maintain general liability insurance to cover any accidents or damages that may occur during the event.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Chef from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client’s negligence or the negligence of the Client’s guests.
  1. Force Majeure:
  • Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.
  1. Governing Law:
    • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
  2. Entire Agreement:
    • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
